On “Female teachers’ math anxiety affects girls’ math achievement“:

I’d like to know more about the potential mechanisms of belief transmission– what are the teachers saying or doing that may be influencing these girls’ math learning and achievement? Remedying those behaviors could also help reduce the teachers’ anxiety (in addition to the extra math training recommended in the article).
